August 7, 2009You want to improve your basketball ability... First of all, you must have a deep desire and willingness to learn. Do you want to be a great shooter bad enough that you're willing to listen to constructive criticism from your coaches? Are you willing to take time to really understand the correct techniques for making shots consistently? Are you then willing to put that info into use with constant practising and drilling? Beyond all that, are you willing to then develop other skills...such as increasing your vertical leap? Good! I thought so. See you on the practice court.
